This website, billyjane.com, is operated by BVDG Ventures, a business established in Belgium, trading as Billy Jane.

Throughout these Terms, “Billy Jane,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BVDG Ventures.

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you use our website or purchase from us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are available on our website.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. BVDG Ventures is the seller responsible for your order; Shopify provides the ecommerce platform.

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you use our website or purchase from us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are available on our website.

  1. Using our website

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order or contacting us.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or activities that interfere with the website’s security or operation.

  1. Product information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, sizing information, and images.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device and display settings. This does not exclude your rights if an item is defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect.

Please review the product description and available size guide before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

  1. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD), unless clearly stated otherwise.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible delivery addresses within the United States of America, with no minimum purchase or additional handling fee.

Billy Jane covers applicable import duties and customs clearance charges, as described in our Shipping Policy.

The final order total is displayed before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may separately charge currency conversion or other fees under its agreement with you.

Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.

  1. Orders and acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgment does not, by itself, confirm acceptance of your order.

We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, such as an unavailable item, unsuccessful payment, a material listing error, a delivery address outside our service area, or reasonable evidence of fraud.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to the original payment method.

If we identify a material pricing or product information error, we will contact you where appropriate. We will not increase the price of your order or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

  1. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

• Processing: 2–5 business days.
• Transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
• Total estimated delivery: 9–20 business days.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by the relevant fulfillment partner or carrier.

We work with international fulfillment partners. Orders may ship from outside the United States, including China, and the shipping country may vary by product.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. This does not remove our obligations concerning timely dispatch, delay notifications, cancellations, or refunds.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling the affected items for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost.

  1. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once fulfillment has begun or an order has been dispatched. If cancellation is no longer possible, any eligible return is handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

This does not limit cancellation or refund rights that apply because of a shipping delay, non-delivery, or other rights provided by law.

  1. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions and procedures in our Return and Refund Policy.

That policy explains the condition required for returned items, how to request a return, return shipping costs, and refund processing.

Free outbound shipping does not automatically mean that return shipping is free. Please review the Return and Refund Policy before ordering.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost where the issue is our responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Delivery problems

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

If your package is missing, damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment partner or carrier and help resolve the issue.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

A carrier’s tracking status does not prevent you from reporting a genuine delivery problem or exercising applicable legal rights.

  1. Promotions

Any additional conditions for a promotion will be disclosed with the offer.

Discounts apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Promotional conditions do not override mandatory consumer rights.

  1. Intellectual property

Website content owned by or licensed to Billy Jane, including our branding, text, and design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content. This does not remove our responsibilities as the seller or for service providers acting on our behalf in fulfilling your order.

Any mandatory consumer protections, product warranties, or statutory remedies available to you continue to apply.

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections or access to courts that you are entitled to under applicable law.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising any legal right, payment dispute right, or right to contact a regulator.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes apply prospectively. The version in effect when you placed your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
